This morning, Jinhua Development Zone Economic Development Bureau organised the acceptance of Jinhua Yonghe’s downtown “two-chemical integration” key project – digital production management project, and Jinhua Yonghe’s chairman Fu Zhaoxiang and general manager Zhan Xiaodong attended the acceptance meeting. After a series of evaluation procedures, the project acceptance was successfully passed.
The company’s digital production management project was approved in September 2022 as a key project of “fusion of two chemistries” in Jinhua city, which consists of two parts: product traceability system and safety risk intelligent control platform.
The product traceability system takes the production lot number of the product as a guideline, covering production, incoming inspection, inventory storage, inventory freezing, outgoing inspection, two-dimensional code traceability, etc. The traceability system realises the cycle management of product production, storage, sales and service, and achieves the functions of traceability of source, tracking of flow direction, querying of information, identifying of responsibility, and recalling of products, etc. The safety risk intelligent control platform includes the “two-dimensional integration” key project of Jinhua Municipality, which was approved in September 2022, and the safety risk intelligent control platform.
Intelligent safety risk control platform includes safety production management system and energy management system, which collects real-time data of the company’s electricity, natural gas, steam and other energy power media, and visually displays them in the form of reports and charts, realising the integration requirements of energy control; the platform also implements multi-functional distribution, realising functions such as positioning of personnel in the production area, intelligent inspection, special operation permits and operation process management, establishing the safety and safety management system. The platform also realises the functions of personnel positioning in the production area, intelligent inspection, special operation permit and operation process management through multi-functional distribution, establishes the double prevention mechanism of safety risk grouping control and hidden danger investigation and management, and effectively improves the safety management level of the company.
