Yonghe Company was established in 2004 and restructured as Zhejiang Yonghe Refrigerant Co., Ltd. in September 2012. With a registered capital of 379 million yuan, the company's headquarters is located in Quzhou City, Zhejiang Province, known as "the capital of fluorine" in China. Yonghe Company operates multiple subsidiaries, including Jinhua Yonghe Fluorochemical Co., Ltd., Inner Mongolia Yonghe Fluorochemical Co., Ltd., Shaowu Yonghe Jintang New Materials Co., Ltd., and Huichang Yonghe Technology Development Co., Ltd.
